Great restaurant with great food, though not all dishes stand out as very original in taste or ingredients, which is what you expect from a Michelin starred restaurant. However they are all cooked to perfection, and some show originality. Among are air baguette with duck, the quail which was amazing, and the first macron dish. Service was great, only complain is the AC which didn't work well.
The best restaurant I've tried so far. Everything was so tasty. I couldn't believe how much flavor was packed in every plate. Special mention to the muscles; that dish was insanely good. Shout out to the pastry chef - beyond expectations!
Finally, congrats to that staff for the service. Very nice idea to have different members of the kitchen staff presenting each dish.
